What is Fractional Ownership?

Fractional ownership splits a property into more affordable units and matches individual ownership to actual usage time. A fractional share gives the owners certain privileges, such as a number of weeks when they can use the property. Advantages include less running costs, e.g., community fees and utility payments are shared by the owners, and the owners will get a title deed under their name stating their actual shares on the property. Also, each owner gains from any appreciation in the value of the property overtime.
